nsurva provides benefit communication and enrollment services to government and commercial employers and employees in Virginia, and for brokers located across the US. We believe there are real solutions to the rising cost of healthcare in America. Choice is our best weapon to mitigate escalating healthcare cost. We must work to educate and empower each employee so they can take better control of usage, and provide practical relief to increasing deductibles and copays. Over 50% of working Americans are uninsured. We believe there are options available today that will allow employers to maintain cost while providing employees with choice.

There is no silver bullet. Each of our clients bring a different set of challenges. We currently work with over 100 Virginia government entities and over 300 commercial firms. Our clients range from 10 employees to over 50,000. We bring a team of local professionals and bring nationwide enrollment capabilities if required.
